Our Vision - Delivering the Future

Delivering the future, can only be achieved, with the full support of the Superintending ranks of the PSNI. Our vision can be summarised under the 3P's of Purpose, Priorities and Plan.

Purpose:
To lead and develop the Police Service of Northern Ireland, in delivering the future.

Priorities:

• To improve the quality of our service delivery to local communities.
• To influence practice, policy and decision making at Chief Officer and Government level.
• To provide appropriate support and advice to members to maintain and improve upon the professional status of the superintending ranks and to constitutionally enjoy the rights of consultation, participation and negotiation on all matters relating to the duties, responsibilities, welfare and efficiency of the members and the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
